FETC 2025 Housing and Travel Information

Secure Your Stay for FETC 2025 with Exclusive Rates

Attending FETC 2025 is an enriching experience, and your accommodations should be just as comfortable and convenient. We’ve partnered with top hotels near the event location to offer our attendees, speakers, and exhibitors exclusive rates and a hassle-free stay. Simply use our official housing portal to secure your reservation at one of the selected hotels. Secure your hotel accommodations by December 19, 2024, for the best possible rate.

FETC and our official housing provider, Connections Housing, offer the lowest room rates and guarantee your room during FETC 2025. A limited block of rooms is being held until December 19, 2024, or until the block is sold out. After the deadline, the group rate will be offered based on hotel availability only. If you reserve more than 10 rooms, you will be required to sign a contract. Registrants are responsible for making their hotel reservations.

A Note on Housing: Beware of Solicitations from Unauthorized Vendors

A gold circular logo with black textDescription automatically generated Please be aware that Connections Housing is the ONLY approved, official housing vendor for FETC® attendees, speakers, and exhibitors. We understand that unauthorized housing companies may contact you and advertise cheaper rates or may imply or claim an affiliation with FETC®. Unfortunately, some past attendees have fallen prey to these companies and were unable to recuperate the money they spent on rooms that did not exist. If you are contacted by any company that is NOT Connections Housing, please notify the FETC Housing Management at FETC@ConnectionsHousing.com before providing any information to a secondary housing vendor.

Driving Directions to Orange County Convention Center

Numerous roads, including State Road 528 (Beachline) and Interstate 4 (I-4), surround the OCCC, providing guests convenient and direct routes to the Center.

The OCCC operates a number of LED message signs along International Drive, State Road 528, Universal and Westwood Boulevards and Convention Way. Programmed daily, the signs direct attendees to the closest available event parking.

Parking at the Orange County Convention Center

Please note: FETC 2025 will be in the North-South Building

For attendees who plan on driving, the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) operates on-site vehicle parking at the North-South Building. Additional parking is also offered at the Destination Parkway Garage.

Parking rates vary depending on vehicle size and entry time. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For those who plan on driving to the convention center, event-specific parking areas will be listed on roadway signage on International Drive, Universal Boulevard and the surrounding area.

Overnight parking is not allowed at the OCCC.

Shuttle Service

Shuttles will be provided to and from the convention center, stopping a number of hotels within the official housing block. The schedule will be published closer to the conference dates.

Connectivity to the OCCC

The OCCC has five pedestrian bridges available to help attendees avoid on-the-ground vehicle traffic. Visitors may access the OCCC through five pedestrian bridges which are connected to four surrounding hotels: The Hilton, the Hyatt Regency, the Rosen Plaza and the Rosen Centre.

Tickets are valid 7 days before or after FETC 2025. To enter a park, both a park reservation and valid ticket on the same day are required. To make park reservations, you will need to sign-in to an existing Disney® Account or create a new one and link each ticket.
