Tricia Aylward graduated with a degree in Elementary Education from University of Minnesota, Duluth and received a Master’s degree in Instructional Design & Technology from University of Central Florida. She is currently a Senior Instructional Technology Specialist with Volusia County Schools. From participating in a PT3 grant in her undergraduate studies to earning her master’s in technology, she has always been passionate about the challenges presented by the ever-changing technology field. She has been a part of the Volusia County Canvas administrative team for many years and has helped to grow the use of Canvas with not only students and teachers by utilizing blueprinting and Canvas Commons but also for professional development for the entire district.
