Tracy Brown began her education career teaching grades 4-8 grades in Washington State. After receiving the Teacher Leadership Project grant, Tracy launched into the world of delivering professional learning to fellow educators and coaching teachers to engage students through technology. She helped two separate school districts go completely 1:1 in grades Kindergarten through 12th grades. As a Learning Designer on AVID's Learning Programs, Products, and Services Team at AVID, Tracy works with teams to create and deliver researched-based professional learning through a blended approach for national conferences and summer institutes. This life-long learner brings together best practices of teaching and innovation into all she does.
