Tara Desiderio has been an educator for over twenty years & a school leader for over fifteen of those years. She is passionate about her students/team & enjoys leading others through their strengths. Her passion for creating positive school culture & embracing a growth mindset is at the heart of all she does. She is extremely proud to be part of the Future Ready Schools advisory team working to break down barriers and close opportunity gaps for our students and communities. She was also just named top five administrators to watch by K-12 Dive. In addition, she sits on the board as an advisor for PASCD, helping to provide opportunities to help educators across Pennsylvania learn and grow together.
