Steven has been in education for 25+ years at both the middle and high school levels, 22 years as an administrator. Currently, he oversees 23 high schools and 25 middle schools eSports programs within his county. The eSports programs provide a variety of opportunities, including clubs, competitive teams, intramurals, and courses that are inclusive for all students to develop digital citizenship skills and promote a supportive community.
