Stephanie Miller is the Transition Resource coordinator for the OSEEL’s newly developed Transition Unit. With 25 years of experience in public education system (22 years in Kentucky and 3 in Georgia), Ms. Miller served as special education teacher in Perry, Meade and Knott county schools within resource room, unit, residential and co-teaching settings. As a lead educator in Knott County, her focus was supporting postsecondary transition for students.
A native of Hazard, KY, Ms. Miller holds an undergraduate degree from University of Pikeville with certifications in K-5 Early Learning and Learning and Behavior Disorders. She also earned a Master's in Instructional Leadership and Supervision of Instruction and a Director of Special Education certification from University of the Cumberlands.
