My name is Shelley Swinehart. I’ve been teaching and coaching at the high school level since 1997, mostly in science and math and the sport of volleyball. I currently teach chemistry and STEM at Unicoi County High School in Erwin, TN located in the beautiful mountains of east Tennessee. I also am the science department lead teacher and STEM team lead teacher for my school. I am the wife of a coach and mother of 2 active boys, ages 15 and 12. I enjoy sports, camping, the outdoors, reading, and exercising when away from work. My family is actively involved with our church family as well as sports teams and extended family events. Life is never boring for us!
