Dr. Beauford is a former middle school math teacher, department chair, and lead teacher. Shané supports districts and schools in designing equitable learning environments. Her work with teachers focuses on curating student-driven classrooms. She holds master’s degrees in mathematics education and instructional systems and a doctorate of education in instructional systems and learning technologies.
