Rob has just completed his 55th year in education, 30 years of which were as a superintendent. He has served as a teacher, professor and principal throughout the K-20 spectrum. Rob graduated from UC Berkeley, possess two masters, received his doctorate from the University of Southern California. Rob has a history of supervising districts that significantly increased the academic achievement of all students.during his tenure as superintendent. These include districts that are multi-cultural, experiencing high poverty, rural and urban, and have a student body with a high percentage of English Leaners. Rob is currently assisting schools in the south Pacific and Asia in implementing effective student-centered instructional strategies and developing responsive organizational structures. He has accredited over 100 schools in California, Hawaii, Nevada, and the south Pacific.
