Rich has spent 20 years working in education technology and services startups and global companies. Previous to these roles, Rich was a classroom leader and a special needs resource and even worked a summer as an elementary school janitor. Rich is most recently leading end user sales for Merlyn Mind, an AI assistant for education offering voice control of technology, productivity tools, and engagement in a safe, private, and secure environment designed for K-12.
