Rachel Darby is a middle school dean with more than two decades of experience in education. She began her career as an elementary school teacher before transitioning to leadership, where she now focuses on supporting student success and creating a positive school culture as a middle school dean. Outside of her role as a dean, Rachel is an active participant in community groups dedicated to the school improvement plan, reflecting her commitment to enhancing the learning experience for all students. She is very passionate about making a lasting impact on her students where they know her motto is, “Once you're my student, you're always my student.” As a mother of a high schooler and an animal lover, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs, as well as cruising in her spare time.
