Dr. Owen Fletcher has worked in the Richmond County School System in Augusta, GA, for the last 20 years. He spent 15 years sharing his love of music and technology in the classroom teaching guitar and music production before shifting into Instructional Technology in 2020. He is now the Digital Learning Coordinator for the Richmond County School system, working as part of the Professional Learning Department to train teachers on best practices in instructional technology, and he collaborates with the district’s Teaching & Learning and IT departments to shape instructional technology related policies.
