I transitioned from being a meteorologist to an educator, bringing a unique perspective to my role. I currently have over 13 years of experience in education. My work at Epic Charter Schools allows me to leverage my data analysis skills to help inform decisions and bring new insights to the Instructional Department. I specialize in analyzing student outcomes, looking for trends, setting up schoolwide dashboards, and helping inform leaders so they can make data-informed decisions. Through my work, I strive to enhance the entire Instructional Department by integrating innovative data solutions and ensuring that accurate and timely data is always at their fingertips.
