Michael is a veteran elementary principal in Iowa serving for twenty-eight years in the principal role. Michael was the first to implement the PLC process in the district, teach staff about teacher efficacy and effect size. Michael has lead the work for PBIS in his building over the course of several years. He has also worked with the school district supporting teachers in changes that have been implemented to the school's cybersecurity structure.
