Maurice Draggon is Director of the Instructional Management System for Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) in Orlando, Florida. Maurice’s role includes coordinating the preparation and delivery of unit plans and accompanying digital objects to all teachers. Maurice also facilitates the ingesting and vetting of Learning Tools Interoperability cartridges between publishers and the district's digital learning platform. Before becoming a Director, Maurice served for three years as an Administrator of Instructional Design, helping to plan and launch the Digital One to One Initiative in the district. Maurice also taught first grade sheltered instruction for eight years at a local elementary school.
