Matt Miller has dedicated over 30 years to education, with 18 years as a nationally award-winning Superintendent. He is passionate about creating innovative opportunities for students, driven by creativity and need. Miller was actively involved in the League of Innovative Schools through Digital Promise, serving on its advisory committee, and was chosen to lead the League’s Real-World Challenge Collaborative, supported by the Chan-Zuckerberg Initiative.
Currently, Miller serves as the Director of Education Leadership at Finalsite, Coordinator of Education at the Butler County Educational Service Center, and is the Co-Founder of Paradigm Cyber. His work focuses on Superintendent Coaching, professional development in Artificial Intelligence, HQIM (mathematics), VR technology in STEM, and other cutting-edge educational opportunities.
Recognized as the 2022 EmpowerED Digital Superintendent of the Year by CoSN and AASA, Miller ensures equitable and inclusive learning environments. He has created successful cyber academies, helping students thrive in the cybersecurity industry.
Miller was named one of Greater Cincinnati’s 300 Executives to Watch and one of 100 superintendents nationwide to present at the #FutureReady National ConnectED Superintendents Summit at the White House. He was the Lead Advisor for Future Ready Schools and was named the National School Boards Association’s “Top 20 to Watch.”
