Dr. Marci Klein M.D. is a clinical and academic pediatrician with over 25 years of experience in early childhood development, learning, and social/emotional health. She transitioned into education six years ago with a goal to create more engaging, deeper, and authentic learning opportunities for all children.
Dr. Klein's community-centered, constructionist challenges empower the next generation of innovators to work together and create a sustainable and equitable future for all. Her multimodal projects offer opportunities for inclusivity, harnessing the unique skills and experiences every child brings to the class for a collaborative and empowering learning opportunity that builds empathy and fosters a deeper sense of community.
By emphasizing decentralized thinking, she helps students understand that complex solutions can emerge from simple, local interactions, nurturing their ability to think critically and creatively.
