Lucretia Anton is a former elementary school educator and academic program coach who currently serves as an Innovation Coach TK-12. Anton works with educators and administrators to intentionally design meaningful learning pathways to meet students where they are at, no matter where they are in their learning journey. Lucretia’s caring manner and ability to support teachers integrating technology and inventive curricular design into their practice has been a source of comfort and inspiration for the educators who have been given the opportunity to work with her closely. Her areas of expertise include restorative practices, curriculum instruction and design, edtech, and innovation. In addition, Lucretia co-led the Arcadia Innovation Summit which brought together the best of pedagogy, technology, and innovation for aspiring and veteran teachers alike. Lucretia presents frequently at conferences including CUE Conferences, ISTE and was a featured speaker at FlipgridLive. She was recognized as a Arcadia Profiles in Excellence recipient twice within her career. No matter if it is within the district, school, or classroom level, Lucretia is passionate about providing opportunities to empower others to develop knowledge, learn from failure, reflect, and amplify their voice.
