Lisa is CTO of a team of instructional and technical individuals who support students and staff. The group provides support and service to ensure teachers can effectively teach and students can learn while engaging in technology.   She led the District's digital journey, moving from shared devices to a successful 1:1 program. From 2019 through now, all Pre-K - 8th-grade students are issued iPads, and all 9th - 12th-grade students are issued MacBook Airs. Certificated staff are provided with both a laptop and iPad for instructional purposes. Collierville has four schools designated Apple Distinguished Schools, with a third in the application process.   Career awards include the CoSN Impact 30 award in 2023, the Tennessee Educational Technology Association’s (TETA) CoSN Team award in 2018, and the TETA CTO of the Year award in 2021. While in the classroom, Lisa was the teacher of the Year at two schools where she taught. She served on the State Board of Directors for the TETA and is still active in WTETA, the regional chapter. She has a BS in Education from the University of Dayton, an MA in Teacher Leadership from Silver Lake, and an MS in Educational Leadership from Christian Brothers.
