Lee Hyde is the North American Solutions Specialist for Esports in Education and he brings his first-hand experience to campuses around the country to develop esports programs and facilities schools use to attract student participation and guide them into successful career paths. He previously was an IT Director at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he designed and built the Carolina Gaming Arena and developed an Esports program from the ground up. During his time at UNC, Lee and his team had to learn a lot of lessons the hard way, but they worked with partners to develop resources so future programs can run more efficiently. He provides ongoing development for the education Esports community so you not only get support to start your program, but guidance into the future as well.
