Dr. Mullen is also an active education practitioner, currently serving as the Student Data Coordinator and RtI Data Coach at Egg Harbor Township School District. She is a leader of the district’s Innovation Team and the Professional Development Committee - providing support for education technology and AI integration. She also contributes to higher education, serving as an adjunct faculty member at several local and national institutions.
