With over 20 years in public education, her expertise spans educational leadership, sustainable organizational change, digital equity, professional learning, modern IT procurement, security and data privacy, as well as emerging technologies. As a lifelong learner and committed educator, Kendall is focused on collaborating with educational communities to create more equitable and innovative learning environments that improve learner access to educational opportunities and their outcomes.
Prior to joining Lenovo, Kendall served as Senior Partnerships Manager at Zum, where she helped districts modernize student transportation by integrating cutting-edge technology, implementing sustainable practices, and ensuring safe, efficient, and equitable transportation service for all students
Kendall previously served as a Chief Innovation Strategist at Dell Technologies, where she was recognized as a thought leader in digital transformation efforts at the federal, state, and local levels, positively impacting educator and organizational effectiveness, as well as student achievement.She holds a Ph.D. in Urban Education from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master’s Degree in Reading Education from East Carolina University.
