Joy Dike is the Lead Grants Researcher and Writer for Convergint. She is a trusted subject matter expert in federal grants for physical security, particularly in the K-12 vertical. Joy has a PhD in science education. Joy has been in the security industry for over a decade, she’s been writing grants for 15 years, and she’s been writing and editing across various disciplines and verticals for 15 years. Her past experience teaching middle school and high school science helps inform her understanding of the K-12 security landscape.
