Josh Ratliff, Ed.D., is the Director of Education Strategy with Trafera. He is a life-long learner, teacher, and administrator who has dedicated his career to building capacity among educators on the topics of technology integration, digital citizenship, and technology wellness. He is a Google for Education Certified Trainer and former Coordinator of Technology Integration and Support with the West Virginia Department of Education. Josh holds degrees from Marshall University, Grand Canyon University, and American College of Education.
