DiPuma's experience in K-12 education includes IT ProDev, marketing / branding as well as the implementation of Flagler's 1:1 Digital Learning Movement. DiPuma, winner of the 2020 ISTE Outstanding Learning Space Designer Award, also spearheads the planning, design and execution of district active learning environments, makerspaces, sensory spaces and administrative professional development huddle areas - some of which have been shared on Fox News, USA Today, Ergotron and Steelcase media outlets. Once a Flagler student himself, he now focuses on re-imagining older, traditional classrooms into driven, hardworking powerhouses, supercharged by a dynamic blend of student driven learning solutions. He also spends his time aligning his efforts with school media specialists, overhauling and energizing the existence of dated media centers into something creative and colorfully inspirational.
