Jill Hlavacek - Jill Hlavacek is the Director of Innovation and Learning for Naperville District 203. Jill has been instrumental in leading practice and learning transformations in several areas across the district. As a Career and Technical Educator for 29 years, Jill works to shift programming and practice related to college & career readiness preparation for students. She has led the development of comprehensive counseling curriculum aligned to career and postsecondary standards and has been leading the development of career pathways of study. As Director of Innovation and Learning, Jill's responsibilities include leading the transformation of learning spaces, redesign of purpose and function of the district libraries, developing innovative Career and Technical Education courses, increasing online and blended learning options for students, implementing a 6-12 counseling curriculum with embedded individual learning plan tool, and developing diploma endorsement options for student in specific career cluster areas.
