Jenna Davies, M.Ed. (she/her) is an MTSS Specialist at the School District of Manatee County. SDMC proudly serves 52,000+ students across 66 schools, including its 47 traditional public schools. Jenna started her career in social services, where she saw first-hand the diverse needs of public school students in her community. Feeling called to action, she transitioned to the secondary school setting and has since held multiple roles, including classroom teacher and student support specialist. Jenna’s work centers on building systems and capacity to drive continuous school improvement with a focus on behavior and school climate. She believes in taking a whole-child approach, the power of relationship-building, and that every student can learn. Jenna completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of South Florida and her Master of Education in Educational Leadership at the University of West Florida. She resides in Manatee County with her husband and daughter.
