With extensive experience in scholastic esports, James has developed statewide tournaments, mentored coaches, and spearheaded initiatives that link gaming to Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and academic growth. As a mathematics educator and program developer, he excels at creating systems that engage students while driving measurable outcomes. In addition to esports, James brings expertise in managing community sports events, including volleyball clinics and leagues. He holds certifications in scholastic esports mentorship and instructional design, which he uses to bridge the gap between education and emerging industries. James is passionate about helping educators unlock the potential of esports as a tool for student development.
