Gerilyn Williams, a STEAM and math teacher from New Jersey, brings 20 years of teaching experience to the classroom. Her passion lies in student-centered learning, blended learning, and gamification—innovative approaches that have earned her recognition in Education Week articles. Gerilyn's expertise extends beyond her school, as she leads professional development sessions in her district and community. She's also shared her insights as a presenter at ISTE23 and ISTE24 conferences, as well as at the Edpuzzle Summit. In a recent collaborative effort, Gerilyn and her students had the unique opportunity to test and co-develop Pear Practice, a new product from Pear Deck. Her commitment to education is further demonstrated through her service on multiple district committees, where she works tirelessly to improve policies and programs for the benefit of her students.
