Frankie Jackson is a nationally recognized Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in K-12, leading education technology initiatives for 25+ years at the state and national levels, working in large districts with students between 25K-116K. She serves as Project Lead for the Cybersecurity Coalition for Education and works independently as an education technology leader and success advocate. She authors CTO instructional content as a member of CoSN's policy committee and CoSN's advisory board for Driving K-12 Innovation. She is a subject matter expert for CoSN's Certified Education Technology Leader (CETL) program.
Frankie's unique value proposition in the K-12 industry lies in her ability to combine technical and leadership expertise with performance excellence frameworks. These frameworks include the National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) Baldrige Education program, the essential skills of CoSN's CETL program, ITIL service management, the methodologies from best practices of the APQC and the information technology elements of ASBO and TASBO. Her versatility is further enhanced by her certification as a John Maxwell coach and mentor, providing a distinctive blend of soft skills often needed in the field of technology.
