E. Gina Pavlovich is the Director of Niswonger Online and AP Access for All. These online programs were developed almost 15 years ago to "level the playing field"for students in Tennessee. My role is dedicated to ensuring equitable access to over 40 General Education and 22 Advanced Placement courses for students from all backgrounds. Our program has partnered with 98% of all public schools in Tennessee, and works closely with educators, administrators, and policymakers to break down barriers and create opportunities for every student. We aim to empower students to reach their full potential and succeed in challenging academic environments by fostering inclusive practices and providing support where needed. I'm passionate about equity in education and thrilled to be leading initiatives that make a real difference in students' lives.
