Donna is a Florida based educator specializing in human-centered design and creative facilitation to assist organizations in developing successful programs through user experience design, strategic planning, service design, and innovation labs. With over 30 years of experience in education, technology, libraries, and innovation management, Donna has worked with people from around the world to design solutions to some of the biggest challenges facing their organizations. Donna is a professional development facilitator with Kiker Learning, the 2024 Google Cloud Partner of the Year for Education. She also serves as a teaching lead for human-centered design and change leadership certificate programs, supporting learners through the course experience. In her previous role as a school district Innovation Program Designer and Director of Instructional Technology, she led the successful implementation of an innovation incubator and large-scale 1:1 computing initiative. She is also a Google for Education Certified Trainer, Innovator, Coach, and Certified Facilitator LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method. Donna was a contributing writer for the ISTE publication, Get Active: Reimagining Learning Spaces for Student Success. Her work is featured in the ASCD publication, Design Thinking for School Leaders. Donna presents internationally on topics including digital transformation, innovation, computational thinking, digital leadership, and learning spaces.
