David Levine is principal at Meadowbrook Elementary School in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida within Broward County Public Schools. He has education degrees from University of Florida and an educational leadership degree from Nova Southeastern University and has 30 years of experience as an elementary school teacher and administrator. His schools have earned local, state and national recognition for increases in student achievement, autism special programs, STEM magnet program implementation and technology utilization. He has presented at national conferences on ESOL, magnet programs and leadership in technology, including three times at FETC. His son graduated from University of Central Florida in computer science engineering, started a technology company and has also presented at FETC, making David and Charlie the first father-son presenter duo in FETC history. His daughter graduated from University of Florida in industrial engineering and works for Pepsi. His wife is an elementary school teacher. He lives in South Florida and loves to visit national parks and play tennis.
