Dr. Dan Kreiness is an Instructional Coach for Digital Learning with the Norwalk Public Schools in Norwalk, Connecticut. He is also the owner of TRANSFORM Learning LLC, an author, speaker, and content creator who constantly searches for the most effective ways to provide growth-focused support for individuals and organizations. Dr. Kreiness has worked in education for over 19 years as a school administrator, instructional coach, intervention specialist, and classroom teacher while working in districts in the New York City metro area in New York and Connecticut. Dr. Kreiness holds a doctorate degree in leadership and master’s degrees in education educational leadership and adolescent education. His original published research and dissertation is titled “Transformational Leadership to Inspire Growth Mindset in Classroom Teachers.” Dr. Kreiness also hosted the Leader of Learning Podcast which is highly ranked on lists of the best Transformational Leadership Podcasts and the Best Educational Leadership Podcasts.
