Dr. Crystal Ladwig is a veteran special educator who has spent her career working with students with challenging behaviors and their families. She has decades of experience training teachers at Florida State University, the University of Florida, and St. Leo University to better equip them to meet the needs of the students and families they serve. Crystal has been teaching online for nearly 19 years, has coached countless teachers in-person and online, and has created online learning curricula for students and teachers. She currently works with ThinK-12, overseeing research and family engagement initiatives.
