Dr. Crisianee Berry is an Assistant Professor in Instructional Technology Education at East Carolina University. With a rich and varied background spanning K-12 classrooms, instructional design in industry, and medical curriculum development, Dr. Berry excels at uncovering interdisciplinary connections. Her research is dedicated to enhancing technology integration skills for both pre-service teacher candidates and in-service educators through targeted professional development programs. Driven by a commitment to educational advancement at all levels, she translates research insights into actionable strategies for the classroom, focusing on digital literacy, educational gaming, and emerging educational technologies. She is Co-Chair and Communication Officer of the Design and Development Competition Committee of the Association for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT). Dr. Berry's work continues to contribute to the evolving landscape of instructional technology, empowering educators and learners to navigate and thrive in an increasingly digital world
