Charles is Project Coordinator of Ed. Tech at the Stanislaus County Office of Education, located in the heart of California’s Central Valley. He has been in education for 20 years, first as a secondary History teacher. He is a Google Certified Educator Level 1 and 2, Apple and Microsoft certified, and holds the Leading Edge Certification in Online and Blended Teaching.
