Chandra Martz is a Digital Teaching and Learning Specialist for Canyons School District, supporting Educational Technology in K-12 schools since 2012. She holds a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Utah State University, a Master’s in Education from Southern Utah University, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy from the University of Utah. Chandra has K-12 administrative licensure and endorsements in Technology, Math, and ESL. She has been presenting at conferences for over 15 years. Chandra recently introduced the Elementary STEM Endorsement to her district, with Cohort 2 teachers being endorsed by May 2025, and is currently overseeing a grant to build STEM integration into out of school experiences for students.
