Holding a Master's in Education (M.Ed.), she has refined her skills through a varied career journey in education. Her professional journey includes roles as an elementary teacher, an interventionist, adult education teacher, higher education instructor, college admissions counselor and recruiter, math coach, and currently as a district instructional design specialist. Each position, as well as her collaboration with the South Carolina Department of Education as an SC Competency Fellow and Curriculum Support Writer has contributed to Carrie's knowledge base and enhanced her ability to support positive transformations across various educational levels and systems. Fueled by a passion for utilizing her experiences to shape education, Carrie has a dedication to coaching educators and driving meaningful change in classrooms.
