Barbara started her Rethinking Learning podcast in 2017 to take stories deeper to define who we are and why we are here on Earth. These stories became the heart of her book, "Define Your Why: Own Your Story So You Live and Learn on Purpose."Barbara redesigned her work on empowering learner agency, being your own advocate, and developing transferable skills prepares learners for the future. She is the co-host of the podcast “Real Talk with Barbara and Nicole” which focuses on authenticity in a polarized society. Her latest book “Grow Your Why: One Story at a Time” has 23 personal stories from inspirational educators, entrepreneurs, and innovators. These stories become the bridge between hearts, and purpose becomes the driving force behind our shared human experience.
