In 2020, Aubrey founded Warm Demanders Inc to help education leaders eliminate overwhelm, lead authentically, and build a positive growth mindset culture. He also has 16 years of experience as a principal, deputy superintendent, and superintendent in an extremely high-performing school district in Western Canada. Aubrey is currently speaking at leadership events, removing headaches for education and business leaders, and developing leadership systems with school districts and universities.
