Andrew Rice is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Education Analytics (EA), a Madison-based educational research and data science non-profit. He is an expert in educational data science, education statistics, ed tech, data interoperability, and applied topics in labor economics. Andrew has extensive experience in architecting cloud-based modern data stack strategies and has been researching the feasibility of integrating LLM and AI models with highly scalable interoperable technologies to maintain stakeholder privacy and public control of data in the education field. He is also a national expert in designing operational data systems for research and analytics uses, serving as a member on the Ed-Fi Alliance TAG. Under Andrew's leadership, EA has become one of the leading organizations for designing, implementing, and leveraging interoperable, operational data feeds for policy analytics and research.
