It would be nearly impossible to find someone with more enthusiasm for virtual leadership and relationship building then Alicia. Alicia has over 25 years in the world of education, over fourteen years in virtual learning, and a decade serving as a leader. She has been responsible for consistent staff satisfaction and organizational growth during her time as a leader. She has served as a teacher, a staff leader, an assistant principal, a principal and Executive Director of the largest public school in the state of South Carolina. This ball of fire is an expert in the virtual space. Alicia will provide virtual leaders the tools to actively engage staff and build relationships and culture remotely. She is a soon to be published author on leadership best practices, a TEDx speaker, a professional development facilitator, a mother, a wife, a daughter, a friend. She has recently started her own consulting business, Sparking Up Leadership, to ensure she shares her knowledge and passions with as many educators as possible, in order to make the world that much better for future generations.
