Dr. Ajayi Anwansedo is a dedicated advocate for equitable access to computer science and technology education, especially for underrepresented students. Currently a postdoctoral scholar and a Project Manager for the ACCEYSS NSF INCLUDES project. This project collaborates with faith-based institutions and community partners to drive systemic change in the U.S. K-16 STEM+C education pipeline. Previously, she worked as the coordinator of the inaugural Berkeley Lab Director’s Apprenticeship Program at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, where she co-developed a Python curriculum alongside leading scientists designed to inspire and empower underrepresented students to pursue STEM careers at the Laboratory. Dr. Ajayi holds a BSc. in Computer Science, an MS in Business Information Systems, and a Ph.D. in Science and Math Education, with her research focusing on equity in computer science education.
