ETC, renowned for its innovative content-based solutions in Education and HR, proudly announces the launch of its Safety and Security Technologies Summit for K-12 leaders at the Future of Education Technology Conference (FETC 2025). This essential event is scheduled during the pre-conference on January 14, 2025, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

The four-hour summit is tailored for K-12 superintendents, administrators, and IT leaders. It offers foundational, strategic insights through presentations and panel discussions that focus on the latest innovations in next-gen safety and security technologies. Leading education security technology experts from across the nation will serve as the event's presenters and panelists.

Jennifer Womble, FETC’s Conference Chair, said, “In response to the increasing incidents of violence in schools, K-12 stakeholders are looking to education leaders for improvements. The summit will cover vital topics such as Strategy & Policy, People Resources (including Technology Specialists and Security Resource Officers), Types of Technology Solutions, Funding & Purchasing Vehicles, and Mandates & Compliance. Randall Dennis, a security technologies expert and school security advocate, is curating the event's content and will serve as the summit’s emcee.

Additionally, a new Safety & Security Pavilion will debut in the Exhibit Hall, providing a space for manufacturers, integrators, and security consultants to showcase their solutions.
