As children we played games of truth or dare that - through the practice of the game - forced us to exercise various levels of vulnerability. In this session we'll explore how this game in our everyday adult work in school districts can transform how we show up for our teams, take calculated risks, and experience the discomfort necessary to grow as leaders.
