Teachers, like students in our classrooms, have a wide spectrum of support needs which can be challenging to address when using a one-size-fits all professional development approach. This session will show the personalize approach used by one district to provide customized professional development to teachers through the use of virtual learning modules and the Canvas learning management system. Presenters will share the experience of implementing the virtual learning modules for the past four years, as well as the process of leveraging teacher leaders to develop the learning modules.
