This session will explore the steps to design and implement an AI road map for all stakeholders that includes clear objectives and goals for AI as it pertains to acceptable use policies and procedures, safety, equity, and ethics, academic integrity, the research process, and workflow and productivity. Session attendees will glean examples of AI Strategic Plans, and score templates and resources to implement with their school and district with a specific focus on AI planning for an evolving future!
