Andy Crozier is the Superintendent / Principal at Andrew Community School District in Andrew, IA. Andy is a leader in the state of Iowa in technology integration and 21st century skills. Throughout Andy's career, he has lead professional development for superintendents, principals, technology directors, and teachers in many different areas of educational technology. Andy previously was at Grant Wood AEA as the Coordinator of Digital Learning. During his tenure at GWAEA, Andy led the Google Apps statewide agreement in Iowa and designed deployment and training support for nearly 200 schools in Iowa. At Andrew CSD, Andy spends his time in classrooms, working with school budgets, guiding board members, and completing many other leadership responsibilities in a small, rural school. Andy was hired at Andrew at the age of 28, making him the youngest Superintendent in the state of Iowa by nearly five years. She designs and teaches educational technology courses and directed one of the first fully online master’s degree programs. Dr. Yoder’s doctorate is from Boston University in Educational Media and Technology, her master’s in Computers in Education from Lesley University, and her bachelor’s from George Washington University.
